For residential moves , house moves ,apartment moves , office moves any local move we charge per hour. For two movers and truck we charge $90 per hour plus one hour travel time in vancouver , burnaby , new westminster, coquitlam and richmond

8- Include any other information you think will be helpful ,such as Pianos ,any item that weighs more than $200 LBS, are there long walks from the front of your place to the truck

For delivery services we charge flat rate
moving one item weighing no more than 200 lbs with in vancouver, burnaby and new westminster $140 for any additional item add $20 this rates do not include disassemble or assembly of furniture .

complete a move

- Studio apartment (bachelor) about 3hours with two nice movers
- one bedroom apartment three to five hours with 2 nice movers
- two bedroom apartment four to six hours with 2 nice movers
- three bedroom apartment five to eight hours with 3 nice movers
- four bedroom house eight to eleven hours with 3 movers

- Not being properly packed on moving day
- long walks from your apartment to the elevators or from your front door to the truck
- small elevators
- not having the key to lock the elevators.
- having to share elevators with residents of the building
